Getting To Seal Rocks
By Car
Seal Rocks is approximately 1.5 hours north of Newcastle, 3.5 hours north of Sydney and
2 hours south of Port Macquarie. To access the lighthouse from the south, turn off the
Pacific Highway 2kms north of Bulahdelah on to The Lakes Way. At Bungwahl, take the Seal
Rocks Road.

By Plane
Fly to Newcastle's Williamtown Airport where you can rent a car. We are an easy 1.5 hours drive north.
Alternatively, fly to Taree's regional airport where car rental is available. We are an easy 1.5
hours drive south.
By Bus
Daily coach services from Sydney Newcastle or Taree run via The Lakes Way to the nearby
village of Bungwahl, from which local transfers can be pre-arranged.
By Train
Daily train services run to Newcastle or Taree, with coach transfers to the village of
Bungwahl. Transfers from Bungwahl to the Lighthouse can be pre-arranged.
